Shreeve, 27, of Sydney, said she hopes to become the first woman to cross Bass Strait unassisted on a windsurfer and set a water speed record while raising money for CoastCare’s Life on the Edge campaign.
The campaign boasts more than 60,000 volunteers who work to clean Australia’s coastline.
Been watching her progress. I hope her GPS is just frozen as she has been in the same spot in the middle of Bass Strait for a few hours now?
